Subcontractor selection is a critical component of our process. Before bidding, we conduct thorough prequalification, evaluating workload, financial position, project relevance, and compatibility with other trades. This effort is managed by our estimators, accounting staff, leadership, and in-house legal team to ensure confidence in every selection we make.
Scheduling is developed collaboratively, and once agreed upon, we maintain the schedule with structure and discipline, issuing regular updates and adapting with transparency as needed. We work with client teams to implement financial reporting procedures that support transparency, alignment, and project oversight.
Permitting and compliance are managed in parallel. We work closely with expeditors to help clients obtain the required approvals on time.
